    Description

GPS functionality combined with the world's finest show goggle, perfect for skiing, snowboarding, snowmobile, and ATV
Know your location regardless of where you stand on the mountain with the Zeal Optics Transcend goggle, the world's first GPS-enabled snow goggle. Ideal for skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiles, and ATVs, the Transcend offers full GPS capabilities, so you can determine which lodge is closest or just how far you've wandered off trail.
The goggle also collects a ton of stats during your descent, including your speed, altitude, the temperature, the time, and the total distance you've gone. Where can you see these stats? On the LCD display mounted right on the goggle lens, of course. Just take a quick glance down at the stats while you're on mid-run to learn whether the mountain is submitting to your will or vice-versa. The goggle even offers a stopwatch/chrono mode for boarders and skiers in training.
Optics-wise, the Transcend goggle is equipped with an SPX spherical polarized lens. The spherical curve of the lens matches the contour of your eyes, delivering a more accurate visual performance. To improve vision, Zeal added an anti-glare polarized design that reduces eyestrain while blocking 100 percent of the sun's harmful UVA, UVB, and UVC rays. And when Zeal promises a no-fog design, it delivers. The company infuses an anti-fog agent into its inner lens material during the manufacturing process. A unique procedure not found in most other brand-name goggles, the anti-fog agent never rubs off or smears, so you'll always be at your best. Plus, the spherical design provides more interior air volume, further reducing the chance of fogging.
The goggle's GPS functionality doesn't stop once you leave the mountain. That's because the goggle supports Recon Instruments' HQ software, a PC- and Mac-compatible application that makes it easy to collect and organize your achievements and stats. The software lets you track your trips or entire season, play back your amazing runs or secret trails in real time on a dashboard synched with Google Maps, and cut highlights of your favorite moments and share them on Facebook or Twitter. Other features include a USB port for downloading the data, a rechargeable lithium-ion battery with a seven-hour runtime, and a micro USB charger with American and European adapters.
The Transcend goggle, which comes with a protective hard case , weighs a mere 9 ounces.
