This is for a Mechanical Plastic Duck that acts as if it were swimming when wound (Not meant for water, will destroy the mechanical metal parts).
Says: Made in Hong Kong on the tail.  These are early pieces and I got these back in the early 2000's from a toy store that closed that had items from the 1950s through the 1980s.

It has a wind-up motor, so if you wind it, the wheels spin, its heads bobs and let it roll ( We don't advise using them, as they are decades old and could break, so selling for display only please, they work, but are delicate as they are an decades old item)..
Actually, they work well, but as with any older toy, use caution as they can break from use, so recommended for display only..If you play with it, it will void any warranty, it is not returnable.
It is about 40-50 years old, but looks new, as it comes out of an original display box.

This type of generic Plastic toy was found in dime stores or your local 5 & 10.
Very neat, this is being sold as a collectors toy, for display only (use toy at own risk, they work, but could break), also and more importantly, safety standards have changed, and being sold as an adults collectors item and not for children as small / sharp parts on item could cause serious injury..
These are nice, and are about 5+" inches across and 3.5" inches high.
This is as new and came from old vendor stock, no boxes unless you buy 6 at a time, 6= 1 box, 12 = 2 boxes, etc, and they are nice, but not perfect, toy looks almost new.
These are for collectors and should not be Given TO Children, as SAFETY STANDARDS have changed
This is part of a huge collection of vintage dime store items that were stored in a box for years that came from a warehouse
These are a hard plastic toy.
I would think these are best for Display, as they are now collectors Items.
