Plate has an orange background with blue letters, numbers and outline.

Apr registration sticker on lower left corner
Year 89 registration sticker in lower right corner
Plate is bent/warped. Plate has scratches, marks and wear.  Wear around screw holes.  Plate has some dents and dings, scuffs and scrapes. Edges of plate have some bubbling and wear. Registration stickers have wear and marks, pieces of edges on both are missing. Rear of plate is silver and has scratches, marks, wear, pits and weathering. Some black marker writing as well.
Plate has a faded orange background almost yellow with blue letters, numbers and outline.

Registration sticker has wear and marks. Rear of plate is silver and has scratches, marks, wear, pits and weathering. Some red coloring as well.
