International Orders:

Return:
Returns must be with sale order and RM#. Buyer pays shipping (original and return charges). Item must be returned in same condition it was sold in (example “New”, “Unopened”, “Sealed”, “Working”, etc). Any item used by buyer will be not returned. All components/accessories included in original listing must be included.  Shipping Insurance is required to cover the purchase price for all return shipment by buyer. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment.
Damaged items:
If item(s) arrived in damaged, please contact us right away in 2 business days. You must take necessary pictures to show this shipping damaged or lost parts clearly.   Keep the damaged package well waiting carrier inspector to do inspection. Don't use any damaged item without seller approval. If buyer cannot provide ALL of these pictures and is not available to complete damage inspection, you will not be issued a refund.

1 year limited warranty. For this sold part/product repair or replacement only. Seller is not responsible  for any fee and charge because of the purchased item use and condition.
