Contact us via eBay Message or our website for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (MST Time).  Closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
Returns made without an RMA number will not be accepted.
You will obtain an RMA number and the documentation and instructions necessary to complete your return.
All items must be returned in original packaging and all shipping charges, brokerage and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Installed products will be subject to a USD.00 re-certification fee.
