Previously owned may need cleaned up from being stored but still in good shape.
Wooden base, Rope hanger, metal hooks and I think angels may be plaster not sure. They do have some rubbing and scratches on the angels.

wooden piece : 14-1/2" x 2-3/4" x 1-1/2"
Rope down to hook : 19" x 16" x 3"
angels: 5" x 4" x 2"
